How submission works
- Completeness check within 48 hours; plagiarism screening on every submission.
- Double-anonymised review by two external reviewers (14-day window).
- First decision target 42 days: accept · minor · major · revise-with-mentorship · reject.
- Educational feedback with every decision — even a rejection teaches.
- Continuous publication — accepted articles appear with their DOI as soon as production completes.
