How submission works

  • Completeness check within 48 hours; plagiarism screening on every submission.
  • Double-anonymised review by two external reviewers (14-day window).
  • First decision target 42 days: accept · minor · major · revise-with-mentorship · reject.
  • Educational feedback with every decision — even a rejection teaches.
  • Continuous publication — accepted articles appear with their DOI as soon as production completes.
Fees: GJPC charges no submission or publication fees (2026–27). Any future APC will be announced at least three months ahead, will never apply retrospectively, and will carry automatic waivers for students and authors from low- and lower-middle-income countries.
